We service San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding areas.
Okay, we've scanned the photos for you. Now you want to show them to people. No problem. Just pop the disc in the drive, and double-click on the images, and they will open up in your web browser or other photo editing software.
One thing, though: Wouldn't you prefer that the photos be organized in sequential order when they're displayed? Sure. You want to maintain the continuity of the event. So, how do you do that?
Wouldn't you like the program synchronized to the music you danced to during your spotlight dance? You can put on the CD, if you have it; or play the MP3, if you have that. But not everyone has that, either.
Wouldn't you like title cards, telling the viewer what is happening, and who the principals are in the photos? That's useful if someone else who didn't attend the wedding is watching the show.
And most of all, wouldn't you prefer to watch the show on your television set, where it's comfortable and you have the space for everyone to sit down and enjoy the show, instead of having everyone cluster around the computer (which probably doesn't have as big as a screen)?
If you'd rather do it yourself, no problem. Be our guest. But it's been our experience that most people don't have the expertise or the programs to do any of the steps outlined above. At SAPhotoDJ.com, we do.
We use professional video editing tools to create a video slide show for you. We can incorporate the same music that you danced to, or any other song of your choosing (provided we can get it, of course!) into the show. If you'll identify the participants, we'll create captions and title cards. We'll even incorporate the words on your wedding invitation if you give us the text. And when we have all the elements together, we'll create a video that you can play on your home DVD player.
It doesn't stop there. If you've got actual video that you would like incorporated into the presentation, either on conventional videocassete, camcorder, or digital video tape, we can add that into the mix. We can film interviews with the event principals and add them in. We can even create a pre-wedding documentary that you can show at your reception! We did it for our co-founder Harry; we can do it for you!
Of course, this kind of documentary takes a lot of time and effort to put together, and we'll need your input at all stages of the production. And we're sure you'll understand when we say the more complex the show gets, the more expensive it gets. But the production we put together for Harry was tremendously received, and will serve as a valuable keepsake.
NOTE: We do not video tape your wedding event - we don't have the necessary gear to do so. However, we will be happy to create a video slide show from still images and any VHS or camcorder video that you have, complete with music and professional editing.
Here's a presentation video of our capabilities. It's divided into three parts. Note: the quality of streamed video is not as good as that of DVD.
