Rates

Note: Photographer and disc jockey services do not require use of both services to book a gig. If all you need is a sole photographer; or a sole disc jockey, then please ask. Our other services are also available, even if we do not provide photo or disc jockey services for your event.

Also please be advised; our photo scanning services are not limited to weddings: we can scan and create slide shows or web sites for any event.

Photography services

• Portrait Sessions - Includes time, disk with images and consent to reproduce form. All session fees are due when you book your portrait session. Sessions include Color and Black & White photography. $125.
• Note: 48 hours minimum notice to change/cancel your session.

Mobile disc jockey/Karaoke

• $100 per hour (you are not charged for setup and takedown time).
• Deposit is not required, but a non-refundable deposit of $100 is necessary to lock in the requested date.
• Disco/dance lights: no charge
• Smoke machine: $25 (not recommended - it's not usually worth it)

Photo scanning services

• If you bring in photos/negatives to be scanned: $100, plus $2 for each photo over 50 photos.
• If you require additional copies of the CD-ROM, we will make them for you for $2 each. (You can make your own copies with your own machine, if you prefer.)

Video slide show

• $25 per hour to produce a video slide show.
• $10 for each DVD-R copy
• DVD-Rs may not play on older DVD players. Therefore, SAPhotoDJ cannot guarantee that you will be able to play them. However, we haven't had anyone report problems yet.

Web site photo album

• $25 per hour to produce a Web site photo album.
• Hosting on our site: $25 per month
• This can be an addition to the photo scanning services, and photos and web site will be stored on the same CD-ROM. If you also choose the Video slide show option, it will be stored on the DVD, which will be visible on computers equiped with a DVD-ROM drive. We can put on standard CD-ROM for $1 each disc if you do not have a DVD-ROM.

Video services

• $25 per hour
• $10 for each DVD-R copy
• The more product you have (photos, video, audio, etc.) already ready for processing, and the degree to which it is pre-organized (i.e.: photos renumbered in sequence, text typed out and ready to go, etc.), the less expensive it is to produce the product.
